Welcome to the Proctor Cottage Project, where we transformed a historic home in the wooded Proctor community. Once converted into a multi-family home, we restored the cottage to its original single-family footprint while adding modern amenities such as a spacious ensuite, a mudroom, and an open living space.

We're excited to showcase this character-filled renovation that seamlessly blends old charm with modern convenience.
