Welcome to The University Place House. The biggest change to this 1960's charmer was removing the wall between living room + kitchen, and vaulting the ceiling. The PNW winters can bring a lot of gray, so we added skylights to the tongue-and-groove ceiling for a bright and modern space.
We had a great time updating this midcentury home while preserving its original charm. Check out the transformation in our the before-and-afters below!
