We turned this downtrodden 1904 house with 4 bedrooms and 1 bath into a gorgeous Craftorian-inspired home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a brand new detached garage. We relocated the staircase to give it the moment it deserves, fully fenced the back yard to provide a private oasis, and even built a bocci ball court for our clients!
